Adventure OT is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Adventure OT is a nature-based paediatric OT service supporting children and young people (0–18 years) using neurodiversity-affirming, sensory integration and DIR-Floortime approaches. Our therapy happens both in the clinic and outdoors, using movement, nature play and adventure activities to support regulation, connection and meaningful participation.

If you value relationship-centred practice, strong clinical reasoning, creativity, and working in the outdoors, this could be the perfect role.

About the Role

As an OT at Adventure OT you will:
• Provide individual and group therapy for children aged 0–18 years
• Use DIR-Floortime, sensory integration and neurodiverse-affirming approaches
• Deliver therapy in nature-based environments and outdoor settings
• Collaborate with families, schools and support teams
• Contribute to innovative group programs, holiday intensives and outdoor therapy sessions
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development

About You

We would love to hear from you if you:
• Are an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist (new graduates welcome)
• Are passionate about neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based practice
• Enjoy working outdoors and incorporating movement and nature into therapy
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Are reflective, curious and committed to learning

Training in Sensory Integration, DIR-Floortime or outdoor leadership is desirable but not required.
